Welcome to Tim’s Wild Life. This website is a gift to our dad who spent many years as a biologist in Africa and Alaska. It is a place for lovers of adventure and wildlife to find a kindred spirit and mentor. We wanted a way for him to share his knowledge and expertise with everyone from backyard birders to the bog slogging biologist. This site contains his scientific research and popular articles along with stories of his past and present adventures.
